__________________________________________

Preachers such as Reverend B.L. Woodruff (pictured below) pioneered the way by putting up a tent in towns like

Carrollton, Georgia under which he would preach the gospel with the fire of country auctioneer.

Many of our churches were born out of those old tent revivals.

Sin was stomped out and Satan was put in his place through the firey preaching of the gospel!

Our church has grown from twelve churches in 1921 to over 5200 churches worldwide today in 12 states and 19 countries.

Our International Headquarters is located on

3888 Fayetteville Highway, Griffin, Georgia.

The Congregational Holiness Church is evangelical and traces its doctrinal and historical roots to the Protestant

Reformation, the Wesleyan Holiness Revival and the Pentecostal movement of the early 20th Century.

We embrace the cardinal Biblical doctrines of salvation by faith, sanctification as a second definite work of grace,

the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues, divine healing,

the Trinity, the infallible Holy Bible, the virgin birth of Jesus, his death, burial and resurrection,

the rapture of the saints, and the pre-millennial second coming of Jesus Christ.

As a denomination, the Congregational Holiness Church is categorized as Wesleyan Pentecostal.

We are members of the Pentecostal/Charismatic Churches of North America an the World Pentecostal Fellowship.

We are an integral part of the worldwide classical Pentecostal movement.
